Privacy Policy
Arrow Puzzle (the "app") is published by ToolNova ("we," "us," or "our") on Google Play as Arrow Puzzle - Brain Challenge. This policy describes what the app handles, why we handle it, who may receive it, and the choices you have. It covers the Android build. Using the app means you accept this policy. Read it with our Terms of Service.
There is no registration. The app never asks for your legal name, email, photos, contacts, or GPS. We do not sell your data.
1. What the app does
Arrow Puzzle is a path-planning puzzle. You tap arrows so each one can leave the board. Progress, coins, and boosts stay on this phone. The app needs a network connection to launch, to serve ads, and to finish store purchases.
The app has no upload tool. It does not request camera, gallery, microphone, or contacts access.
2. Permissions
Internet is used so the app can start, show ads, and complete purchases.
Vibration is optional. Turn it off in Settings if you prefer silence.
Notifications are optional. If you allow them, we may send reminders. You can switch them off in device settings at any time.
Purchases go through Google Play billing. Ad-Free and coin packs are one-time products handled by the store.
If you have not bought Ad-Free, the app may use your advertising ID to show and measure ads.
3. Information we collect
3.1 No account
You do not create a login. The app recognises this install so it can run for you. That record does not include your legal name, email, phone number, or precise location.
We may infer a rough area — city, region, country — from your internet address. GPS is not used.
3.2 What stays on your phone
Campaign progress, Daily Challenge clears, coins, hints, grid and magic charges, spin and shop windows, milestone challenges, and sound or vibration preferences stay on the device. Lives and the board clock exist only for the current attempt.
3.3 What you choose to share
If you set a display name and post a time, other players can see that name and time on that day's board. Daily Challenge can be played without joining the leaderboard.
If you report a problem, we receive the reason you pick and any short note you type. Reporting is optional.
If you tap Send Feedback, your own mail app opens. We receive only the message you write and the address you send from.
If you share the app, the system share sheet hands the content to the app you pick. We do not see that content.
3.4 Notifications
If notifications are on, we may send you messages. You can disable them in device settings.
3.5 Purchases
Ad-Free and coin packs are sold by Google Play. The store takes payment. We never receive card, bank, or billing numbers. Restore Ad-Free from Settings after a reinstall. Coin balances live on the device and are not restored from the store.
3.6 Ads
The app is free. Without Ad-Free it is supported by ads from Google. Google and its partners may use your advertising ID, internet address, device and app details, and ad taps to show and measure ads. Read more at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Where the law requires it, a consent screen appears before personalised ads. You can change this in Settings → Privacy Options when that control is shown, or reset your advertising ID in device settings.
Ad-Free hides banner, native, full-screen, and app-open ads. Rewarded ads remain if you still want a bonus. Those videos play only after you choose to watch one.
3.7 If you uninstall
Progress, coins, Daily Challenge clears, and settings on the phone are wiped when you uninstall or clear app data. A display name or times already on the leaderboard are not removed by uninstall alone. Use the Data Deletion page if you want those taken down.
4. What we do not collect
We do not collect your legal name, email, phone number, or postal address unless you write to us. We do not collect photos, videos, or files, and we do not use the camera or microphone. We do not read contacts, messages, or other apps on the phone. We do not collect GPS or exact location. We do not collect card or bank details. We do not collect browsing history from outside the app.
5. Why we use it
We use this information to run the game, keep Ad-Free in force, complete purchases, show ads, send notifications you allowed, review reports you send, fix faults, stop abuse, and meet legal duties.
Where GDPR applies, our bases are the contract with you, your consent for ads and notifications, our legitimate interests in stability, security, and improvement, and our legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time. See section 8.
6. Who receives it
We do not sell your personal information.
Google Play handles payments. Google shows ads, including personalised ads where you allow them. We use Google and other providers to keep the app running, send notifications you allowed, and complete purchases. Those providers act for us, except Google Ads and its partners, which use ad data for their own advertising as described in section 3.6.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to investigate fraud or abuse, to enforce our Terms of Service, or in a sale of the business.
Data may be processed outside your country, including India and the United States. For transfers out of the EEA or the UK we rely on our providers' safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
We keep information needed to run the app on this device while you use it, and for up to 24 months after last activity.
We keep a leaderboard name and times you posted while they sit on the board, for up to 24 months after last activity, or sooner if you ask us to delete them.
We keep purchase records as needed for support, refunds, fraud prevention, and tax or accounting rules.
We keep usage and crash reports for a limited time so we can fix the app.
Ad data is kept under Google's own policies.
Data that exists only on your phone is removed when you uninstall or clear app data.
8. Your choices and rights
You can turn notifications off in device settings. Where it is available, you can review ad consent from Settings → Privacy Options. You can reset your advertising ID, restore Ad-Free in Settings after a reinstall, mute sound and vibration in Settings, and uninstall the app.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority.
To make a request, email bhautikkathiriya4848@gmail.com with the subject "Request to delete my data". Because the app has no login, include your device make and model, the app version shown in Settings, and roughly when you installed it. We reply within 30 days. For advertising data held by Google, use Google's own controls. Full steps are on our Data Deletion page.
9. Children
The app is for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete the related records.
10. Security
The app uses encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Third-party links
Settings links and shared content can open services we do not operate. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date below will change. For material changes we will tell you in the app. If you continue to use the app after a change, you accept the updated policy.
